We are happy and proud to announce that we have recently obtained our accreditation as a health promotion operator from the Walloon Region.
This accreditation, which currently lasts for 5 years, represents an important step for our association and a new impetus in the continuity and development of all our projects.
Our collaborators are all very motivated and impatient to continue the adventure.
We would like to thank Minister Christie Morreale and the AViQ for the support and confidence they have shown.
We will keep you posted on the next steps. Stay tuned.
We are delighted to announce that the adapted physical activity programme (APA) is now being taken over by Fit Your Mind.
This decision follows the new missions of Chronilux which, since January 2023, is no longer involved in the implementation of actions.
With Chronilux, we have shared the same philosophy since the beginning: to allow chronically ill, sedentary or less autonomous patients to resume physical activity in complete safety, supervised by health professionals.
We are convinced that this transition will provide a new springboard for the development of APA, with innovative activities, a personalized approach and a welcoming community.
Fit Your Mind is looking forward to continuing the adventure and invites you to discover the programme of activities.
We would like to thank the Province of Luxembourg and more particularly its Deputy in charge of health, Stephan De Mul, for the support given to this programme.

"We are here to help you. We welcome you free of charge for your first session. The best way to find out if it suits you is to try it, or risk not having tried it and regretting it.
So dare to take the step, the dance step!"
On Saturday 29th May, we could listen to Olivier Bouquiaux - founder of the non profit association Fit Your Mind and of the Kinésiphilia workshops - and Gauthier Dorban, member of the Board of Directors on the radio la première.

"I am convinced that positive stimulation can only be good in a social context where the body does not always have the opportunity to express itself. Dance brings physical and mental well-being through :
- muscle strengthening and stretching
- the use of rhythm and musicality
- imagination and creativity initiating movement
- the use of all the senses
- freedom of body expression and acceptance of each individuality
- the social aspect of the dance workshop and the strong bonds that are formed between dancers"
